Port Angeles artist Jeffrey Tocher has been spreading his unique colorful paintings across the Olympic Peninsula and the world for the last 30 years. His focus has been on impromptu bold acrylic paintings of live music and other events with an expressionistic style. Jeff is also an art teacher and promoter of all the arts.
